Hampton Inn Boston / Marlborough

Room had a loud dog and noisy staff next door.

It was clean, the staff was very amiable, plus the service was exceptional. The breakfast was astonishing and had a lot of meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with king bed. The location seemed comfortable and magnificent adjacent to trade center. And we were close enough to downtown area, Marlborough, and restaurants and highway: D

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

Comfy location in the middle of jackson, in the downtown area. A huge variety of good options for meal...

What you should know.

The hotel location is excellent, conveniently close to various dining options, and the breakfast spread was good, with many tasty items. Rooms were quite satisfactory for a restful night.

The pool temperature was quite chilly, and some cleanliness issues were noted in common areas, impacting the overall experience.

It was clean, staff was pleasant and incredibly nice. They gave me a big room with King bed as well as a microwave. The location was good to downtown area as well as local highway...

We were very pleased with the staff, the ambience and the location. We didn't spend much time at the hotel because we had a family reunion to attend. The time we did spend there was very pleasant. Our son lives and works in the area. We will return.

Friendly staff, well kept hotel.

beautifully kept hotel with free wi-fi. a nice size and beautiful room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and towels. location very close to massachusetts, and marlborough. the service in the property was excellent. no charge for wake up service and ironing too.

I loved the healthy options available for an included breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable. And the attention to detail when it came to the little extras was wonderful. Overall a very nice place to stay. Also loved the setting ( surrounded by trees).

The dry air in my room was a little difficult after a couple of days. I would have loved to open a window. The fact that my room was not quite ready when I arrived (and no one seemed to care) was just a little exhausting after a long trip.

Loved the comfy bed! The breakfast was a treat with make-your-own waffles and smoothies 🍓. Just wish the hallways were quieter. Kids running around made it hard to relax at times.

Breakfast coffee was cold. Room drapes did not work.

Parking OK.

My kids wished the beds in the double room were bigger for more comfort. A little more variety in the breakfast offerings would definitely enhance the experience for families.

We were very happy with our accomodations. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, as we had an evening out with friends and didn't have to worry about driving all the way home to nh.

My problem right now is my $93.83 hotel room has put a hold on my account for $157.90, $107.90 for the room, and then $50 for, I have no idea what. Is this something you can assist me with, or do I need to deal directly with the hotel?
